A time to confess:  At an early age, he confessed Christ as his personal savior and joined Pleasant Grove A.M.E. Church. A time to embrace:  He attended school in Milton, DE.  At the age of 13, he moved to Cuthbert, GA, where he attended Randolph County Comprehensive High School and graduated in 1979.  He attended Andrew College for two years and later joined the U.S. Army, where he served for three years.  Later he joined the Alabama National Guard and served until he retired.  He was employed with Lockhead Martin in Troy, AL, where he was a Production/Material Planner for eleven years. A time to die:  Jeffrey Brown entered into eternal rest on August 15, 2012 at his residence in Georgetown, GA. A time to mourn:  He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Gloria Tiller Brown; one son, Jeffrey Brown, Jr; two daughters, Kayla Brown and Santresa Perry (Mike); four grandchildren;  parents, James and Gladys Brown;  sisters, Michele Brown, Karen Brown, Sharon Diggs (Willie) of Hawaii, Mary Virgil of Pavo, GA; brothers, Terry Brown (Janice), Willie Brown, Bobby Brown, Charles Mayes (Corderia), Bryant West; aunts, Ethel Faye Brewer (Adolphus) Jacksonville, FL, Johnnie Mae Brown, Sarah McBride (Embery), Catherine Jackson of Boston, MA; mother-in-law, Lenora Spence of Eufaula, AL; five sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
