Micheal Walker, Pastor Internment Services:Cedar Hill CemteryDawson, GA.On May 3, 1935, in Shellman, Ga, God blessed Mary Johnson and Alonzo Johnson with a daughter, Marjorie Williams.  Mary Johnson was shortly called home by God.  She was raised by her grandparents Gus and Ella Johnson. She joined the church at an early age serving at New Hope Baptist Church and was an active member until her health failed.  Marjorie education began at the New Hope School until she moved to Florida where she last attended Dunbar High School located in Green Cove Springs, Florida. She joined in matrimony to Otis Williams, Sr. to their union they had three children.   She worked for several years at the Day Plywood Company and end her occupation in retirement. Her greatest accomplishment was the love and joy shared with her family. Marjorie always looked forward to family gatherings, cooking and caring for her grandchildren. She had a passion for fishing and gardening. She will be greatly missed by her family and other lives she has touched.   Marjorie was a woman who trust and had faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Early Tuesday morning March 31, 2015, she heard her Master’s call, and peacefully surrendered into his loving arms transitioning from this life to eternal life. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.   She is survived by her husband Otis Williams Sr. and her legacy of loving and fond memories in the lives of her children:  Johnny Williams, Otis Williams, Jr. (Dorinda), and Marjorie Bell (Douglas).  Five grandchildren whom she adored: Marquel Williams, Marric Williams, Tashonda Williams, Shavonne Williams, and Carla Williams.  She also has five adorable great grandchildren:  Victoria Williams, Tykerrius Williams, Jeremy Rumph, Jamario Rumph, and Joi Rumph. A special friend and sister-in-law Betty Williams. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and sorrowing friends.
