De'Cailah returned back to heaven on May 16, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA.De'Cailah attended Sylvandale Elementary School in Albany GA. She loved attending school.De'Cailah was a very happy and energetic little girl. Her activities included dancing, playing with her two sisters, coloring, and singing to her favorite song," Every Praise".De'Cailah's Spiritual sunrise in Christ was in 2012 at Psalms 27 Church in Dawson GA, where she was christened. In 2013 she joined New Vision Ministries in Albany, GA under the pastoral care of Pastor Dr. Kenneth Fairbanks.She leaves to cherish her memories her parents, LaQuinta Lilly of Albany GA and Derrics Shorter, Jr of Cuthbert, GA: two sisters, Aubrianah Ware and Messiah Lilly, both of Albany, GA; four grandparents, Sherion Shorter of Cuthbert,GA, Linda Lilly of Albany, GA, Derrics Shorter, Sr. of Cuthbert, GA, and Albert Lilly, of Atlanta , GA; a Godmother, Sandra Mitchell of Dawson, GA; and a host of aunts, uncles, and friends.
