Ella Frances Rainey

Our dearly beloved Ella F. “Shep” Rainey “Our Madea” this jewel was born on June 27, 1941 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Green. She joined Antioch Missionary Baptist Church at an early age where she served as an usher on the Usher Board and also served as a Missionary.   She was educated at the Randolph County School system for 31 years as she served diligently as a food service employee. She touched many lives while working in the school system and the community.   She earned her wings on March 30, 2018 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. She birth 9 children (1) preceded her in death as a infant Harrieth Undrea Rainey. She had 4 siblings which all preceded her in death Mary Lee Bethel (Tiny), Ida Mae Hill (Bay), Johnny Walter Green (Bubba), and Henry James Green (Thang).   She leaves to cherich her 8 children Shannon L. Green (Lonne), Bruce R. Green, Lynette Moore (Larry), Wilmon Rainey, Jr., Tammy Bouyer (James), Laddie L. Rainey (Lashaundra), Patrick L. Rainey, Kindall K. Rainey, Honorary daughter/niece Phyllis Garrett (Lynn), and granddaughter Cherika L Hardrick she raised as a daughter. 22 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
