Regina King

Regina Ann King, 44 transitioned this life on Thursday August 13, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital. She was born January 1, 1976 in Columbus, GA, the daughter of Dave and Eva Harris. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Dave and Sally Harris and paternal grandparents Robert and Lucile Williams. Regina was a 1995 graduate of Carver High School. She was a member of Kingsville Baptist Church in Cusseta, GA. Regina loved her family and was well-loved by everyone she came in contact with. She leaves to cherish her memories other than her parents: Her daughter Tamara (Marquis) Lockhart of Phenix City, AL and Tia King-Wright of Columbus, GA; three sisters Mae Williams and Sandra Harris both of Columbus, GA and Sherryl Ford of Smiths Station, AL; one brother Gerald (Latonyal) Brown of Columbus, GA; one God-sister Robine Walton-Oliver of Albany, GA; a special aunt and uncle Mary (Johnny) Mays and a special friend Lawrence Elzie and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. The love she shared will never be forgotten.
