Vincent B Gadson, affectionately known as "Vint", was born in Cuthbert, Georgia on June 19, 1961, to Rushiel and Mildred Thomas Gadson. Vincent began his primary education in Hartford, CT. He relocated to Cuthbert, GA in 1973 with his family where he completed his primary education in the Randolph County School system. Vincent continued his education at Andrew College where he received his degree. Vincent began his professional career when he relocated to Orlando with Walt Disney World. He was promoted to management where he worked for nearly 30 years before retiring. After retirement, Vincent returned to his hometown of Cuthbert, GA where he served on the City Council and as a County Commissioner.
Vincent loved his family. He found great joy in creating wonderful memories, especially with his children and their friends, that would last a lifetime. He spent countless hours with the youth of New Fellowship Church of God. Through his life's journey, he touched many lives with his wisdom, humor, and unwavering spirit of perseverance. Vincent's ability to make learning fun and meaningful, left a lasting impact. Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, Rushiel and Mildred, as well as his sister, Sharon and brother; Ronald.
His memory will be loving carried by his children. Chane'l (Andre, Vincent (Alexus), Andree, and Mary; his siblings, Michelle (Derrick), Adrienne, Nicole, and his honorary little brother, Brandon; his granddaughter, Madison; his dear friend, Ricardo (Pamela) Walcott, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Vincent was a born again Christian who answered God's call on Saturday, February 21, 2026... "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord": (2Cor 5:8).
