Wilson Price Jr., affectionately known as "Boo" was born January 30, 1945 to the late Mollie and Wilson Price in Cuthbert, Georgia. Wilson transitioned to his heavenly home on January 30, 2024 on his 79th birthday.
Wilson received his education at Shellman High School. At an early age, Wilson confessed to his Lord and Savior and joined Union Hill Baptist Church in Shellman, Georgia. He served faithfully as an Usher, then later became a Deacon of the Church. On the first Sunday of each month, Wilson always help out at Hopewell Freewill Baptist Church by serving as Deacon and teaching Sunday School under the leadership of Pastor King.
Wilson loved to have fun and carry on. He retired from farming under Mrs. Betty Lumpkin.
Wilson was preceded in death by five brothers, Samuel Will, David Crochett, Willie Fred Martin, Otha Price and Paul Anthony Price; one sister, Elizabeth Maybell Price.
Wilson leaves to cherish his memories: four sisters, Claudia Price of Atlanta, GA, Olivia Price of Cuthbert, GA, Patricia (Allen) Hudson of Albany, GA; one God-sister, Ruthie James of Memphis, TN; one brother, Oliver (Joyce) Price of Albany, GA; one niece, Tammy Jean Price of Atlanta, GA; four nephews, Rodney Lamar (Tamela) Price of Valdosta, GA, Paul Anthony Price, Jr and Patrick Andrew (Shavel) Price, both of Beaufort, SC, Cody Price of Atlanta, GA; great niece and nephew, Lilly Raines Price of Charlotte, NC and Xaviar Wilson Price of Atlanta, GA; a host of cousins and friends.
